Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions 1. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 12 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited. 2. Rescheduling: Rescheduling within the 12-hour window is allowed once per session. Further rescheduling within the 12-hour window will result in the session being forfeited. 3. Package Validity: All sessions within a package must be used within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. 4. Refunds: Packages are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to unused sessions or inability to attend scheduled sessions. Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the provider. 5. Session Transfer: Sessions are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser. By purchasing a package, you agree to these terms and conditions. 6. Limitation of Liability: The provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the services. The maximum liability of the provider is limited to the amount paid for the specific session or package in question. 8. Confidentiality: All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the services. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in cases of legal requirements or emergencies. 9. Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. The provider reserves the right to terminate any session if a client behaves inappropriately or disruptively, with no refund or rescheduling provided. 11. Acceptance of Terms: By scheduling or purchasing a session or package, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
